We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented worker to join our administrative support team full-time. _Ask yourself _Does it bother you when deadlines are missed? Do you double

What a day looks like for this position:
- Set up accurate and detailed prospect files
- Answer client questions and direct calls to the appropriate contact
- Provide computergenerated sales illustrations and proposals, as needed
- Request quotes from third party sources
- Create presentations and follow up with prospects and clients
- Follow up with banking institutions, 3rd party providers, and medical offices
- Effectively communicate with underwriting on issues and placing problems
- Facilitate contact between advisors and clients or providers
- Maintain uptodate detailed client records
- Schedule and confirm appointments, as needed
- Track outstanding requirements and documents
- Transmit faxes and photocopy advisor materials
- Screen incoming calls and record detailed messages
- Maintain a professional environment for clients and coworkers
- Handle confidential materials with the utmost tact
Required Skills and Behaviours:

- Professional and appropriate telephone etiquette
- Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Excel (creating and editing spreadsheets, entering formulas, creating graphs, and more)
- Proficient using other Microsoft 365 programs, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneDrive
- Aptitude for learning new software and technologies
- Positively respond to changing requests and dynamics
- Confidence to handle decisions or issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with group benefits considered an asset
- Experience with investing and finances considered an asset
- Experience with insurance considered an asset (individual life or health and dental policies)
To Apply:
Salary:
$17.00-$21.00 per hour
