About the Role:

Bosa Construction is excited to bring on an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to drive all external/client-facing marketing and brand initiatives as the organization continues to establish our presence within the marketplace as an institutional builder and leading general contractor.

The Marketing Manager will develop unique strategies to tackle different needs in our business, including but not limited to developing a brand positioning strategy to help enter new markets and gain new clients, putting our best foot forward in new business proposals and RFPs in partnership with our proposal team.

In this role, you will:

Assess the current brand positioning and drive the development of the narrative and strategic marketing plan with a focus on brand positioning and awareness;
Champion and lead the creation of presentation decks, proposals, and brochures for prospective partners and key customer groups, telling the story of Bosa Construction through written and visual materials;
Create a comprehensive content strategy showcasing our projects that brings the success stories of our organization and projects to life;
Deliver marketing requests from stakeholders, including our clients' marketing teams and construction operations.

You are an expert at time management and prioritization, and people would describe you as self-managed.

Skills and Experience_
Minimum of 57 years of experience in a project marketing role with a medium to large B2B organization;
Postsecondary education in Marketing, Business or a related field;
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator);
An innovative approach to B2B marketing, leveraging technology and a variety of formats to meet specific audience needs;
Strong writing skills above all, along with a healthy balance of visual and verbal communication skills;
Extensive experience in vendor relations and managing consultants.
