Create and implement engaging child-care programs that foster children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth. Lead exciting activities, including storytelling, singing, local outings, art projects, and physical play, to encourage children's creativity and learning. Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that prioritizes the health and well-being of every child. Regularly communicate with parents and fellow staff members to share progress, challenges, and achievements of children. Observe and identify potential issues, providing insights to parents, guardians, or supervisors. Offer guidance to children in developing essential life skills such as eating, dressing, and personal hygiene. Build strong partnerships with co-workers and community service providers, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Organize enriching, fun and educational activities for children.

Qualifications:
