Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the intake process, including conducting initial assessments and triaging of projects and product enhancements to the appropriate teams.
  • Coordinate project activities and timelines, ensuring that project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with project/product managers and other team members to create project dashboards, reports, and project documentation.
  • Maintain project dashboards, reports, and project documentation by updating project information and ensuring that information is uptodate, and they accurately reflect project status.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members on how to use JIRA and Confluence effectively.
  • Participate in project meetings, drafting meeting minutes and keeping action logs and project plan up to date and organized.
  • Review and track all invoices, following up with vendors and account payable teams where required to ensure the invoices are accurately paid.
  • Develop and contribute to our project/product management process and procedures by identifying areas for improvement.

Position Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Project Management or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience working in IT project coordination, project management (planning, coordinating, and tracking projects)

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Project Management or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience working in IT project coordination, project management (planning, coordinating, and tracking projects)
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including MS Project and Visio
  • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
  • Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with Agile and traditional project management approaches, such as waterfall and Scrum.

Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation:


  • PMP and/or Scrum certification would be considered an asset.
  • ITIL foundation would be considered an asset.
