What you will do:

Drive the Employee Driven Reliability Program by developing/maintaining detailed inspection routes for Hourly employees and promoting the program to the entire site through weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
Work with Reliability Group to help with rectifying common failure modes on bad actor assets, referring to the Asset Group Strategy, and creating and updating routes as necessary
Work with Training to ensure new hires and new area employees understand the program and what is expected from them to complete the routes
Support the Operations/Maintenance execution team by ensuring checks are accurate and routes being completed timely
Collaborate with site/corporate IT if any issues arise on the devices/software/dashboard
Work with Acknowledgers to ensure identified deficiencies are inputted into Oracle EAM in a timely manner
Will continually look for ways of improving and utilize programs like ETQ-MOC to ensure changes are tracked

What you will bring:

Qualifications: Minimum Grade 12, preference given to a Technical Diploma, Engineering Degree or Red Seal Journeyperson
Excellent computer skills would be preferred
Experience in Operations or Maintenance environment would be an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Safety commitment
Problem solving skills, time and priority management
