The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a
Service Advisor for our
Kamloops Kia location.

You will be accountable for:
- Greeting customers and offering excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide indepth information about available parts and service options to customers.
- Answering phone calls and assisting walkup customers.
- Determining and identifying car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition.
- Translating customerreported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
- Ensuring that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards.
- Invoicing and collecting payment from customers for services rendered.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding services.
- Maintaining customer records and entering data into computer databases.
- Other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
- Must have previous experience in the automotive industry
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- DMS experience, specifically PBS is considered an asset.
- Attention to detail, prioritization skills and time management.
- Strong computer skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$52,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kamloops, BC V2B 2X5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
