What you'll do:

Be part of an Innovation team that creates the services and solutions that we go to market with
Build services that drive business outcomes for our customers, and in doing so help accelerate our cloud business
Responsible for one or more portfolios of managed and/or professional hybrid IT services, having primary responsibility for executing the roadmap to build, price, and mature the associated services
Build relationships across the business that will provide voice of customer information to guide services development and allow you to assess their performance in the market
Clearly define and articulate services vision, how customers will benefit, and how the service will help us win in the marketplace
Coordinate all services development activities, delivering on time, while communicating effectively with all stakeholders
Arm our presales team with the information they need to represent solutions during the sales cycle
Ensure that delivery teams have what they need to deliver a consistent and highly engaging customer experience
Provide input to Marketing that will allow them to craft engaging customer messaging
Participate in the development of the Cloud Business Unit services strategy and roadmap as required

What you'll bring to the table:

5+ years of relevant experience in managed services, consulting, professional services
Services product management experience strongly rewarded
Demonstrable experience architecting and implementing hybrid IT services and associated enablement, tools, business processes and policies.
Knowledge of vendors (such as: Palo Alto, NetApp, Veeam, VMWare) services or vendor partnership will be rewarded
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong collaboration, influencing, and negotiating skills
Relentless customer focus
Action orientation and ability to drive work to completion
Desire to continually learn and expand skillset
Enjoyment from working in a fastpaced environment
A passion for enabling others
Excitement to be a change agent
University degree/College diploma or MBA, would be considered a strong asset
Some travel may be required (up to 10%)
