- Maintain accurate records of welding activities, including materials used, welding parameters, and inspection results.
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to plan and execute welding projects effectively.
- Adhere to industry standards, codes, and regulations related to welding and metal fabrication.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance welding processes, efficiency, and quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Welding certification or relevant vocational training is preferred.
- Proven experience as a welder in a similar role.
