Description
As our client base continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our dynamic team and to be apart of our growing office.
We are looking for a staff member to join our team who can take complete ownership of the full accounting cycle and manage payroll for a range of clients, communicate and collaborate effectively with peers and managers.
While there is no such thing as a 'typical' day, a day in the life of the bookkeeper might include:
- Managing and processing weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for designated clients.
- Accurately recording client invoices, employee expenses and supplier invoices, and make sure supplier payments are made on time.
- Reconciling bank and credit card statements and analyzing balance sheet accounts on a regular basis
- Preparing government remittances for payroll, HST, EHT and WSIB.
- Managing payroll and benefits including all remittances and reporting
- Preparing month and yearend working papers
- Competently using software such as Quickbooks, Quickbooks online and Sage 50.

$48,750.00-$50,000.00 per year

Experience:
- QuickBooks: 3 years (required)
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (required)
