    Are you an experienced professional Bookkeeper looking to join a locally owned company? Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to oversee their financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of their financial records. What's in it for You?

    Compensation & Hours:
    • The rate of pay will be $23-$25/hr.
    • Monday – Friday
    • Permanent position
    Position Summary:
    • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including; creating invoices, purchase orders, and bank statements
    • Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
    • Assist with the preparation of financial documents for audits and tax filings
    • Completing accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or errors
    • Develop and improve accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
    • Collaborate with other team members
    Required Qualifications:
    • 3+ years Bookkeeping experience
    • Proven proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Sage 50
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with accurate attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    Bonus Points For:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
