**Position**:Webmaster** Permanent position (full-time)

We are seeking an experienced webmaster to lead the development, implementation and maintenance of strategic website initiatives to increase customer engagement and deliver a world-class online user experience.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced person to join our Marketing team.

This person will play a key role that will have a direct impact on several of our projects.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

- Develop and integrate new website pages and functionality to support organizational objectives.
- Ensure best practices are adhered throughout the development cycle; UX/UI, CSS, Coding, QA
- Test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices.
- Ensure site security by following best practices.
- Optimize and track website performance, including page load times, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience, to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Other duties as assigned.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5+ Years experience as a Webmaster or Web Developer.
- Excellent knowledge of WordPress; WooCommerce and payment gateways integration.
- Proficient in HTML/CSS, XML; knowledge of PHP and JavaScript is preferred.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to implement technical SEO improvements.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Image web optimization editing; Photoshop.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools like Optimizely.
- Working knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce.
- Capable to effectively communicate technical and non-technical information.
- Comfortable handling shifting timelines and priorities.
- Attention to detail, project management and organizational skills.
- DEC in Computer Science, Multimedia or a related field.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Développer et intégrer de nouvelles pages et fonctionnalités du site Web pour soutenir les objectifs organisationnels.
- Veiller à ce que le
