    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Inventory Assembler located in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily tasks including: Component assembly, inventory management, quality and compliance assurance, resource conservation, safety, and team collaboration. Envent will invest in, and provide customized training to ensure that our team members can be productive in this role.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assemble components by meticulously examining parts and subassemblies to ensure correctness.
    • Produce base units based on forecasted demand from production and sales.
    • Maintain adequate stock levels of subassemblies and kits.
    • Create and maintain Base Bills of Materials (BOMs) in our ERP system (Acumatica).
    • Review and update kit assembly specifications in Acumatica to keep them current.
    • Perform quality checks on specific incoming parts from suppliers.
    • Notify and document any product defects for our QA/QC and N/C departments.
    • Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies judiciously.
    • Assist production with prep work for system completion.
    • Adhere to safety procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a clean and secure working environment.
