- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with department managers to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial records.
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
- Work closely with external auditors during annual audits.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in accounting standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA designation is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Controller in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of dealership accounting practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
