    Client Services Associate – Wealth Management

    The Client: A well-established wealth management firm seeks a professional Client Service Associate for their growing wealth management team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting the senior portfolio manager and financial planner in both a client liaison and administrative support capacity.

    As the Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for:


    • Liaise with high-net-worth clientele and ensure and excellent client experience


    • Address client inquiries and provide both written and verbal communication


    • Follow up on any outstanding client requirements or issues


    • Attend client functions


    • Organize files for client meetings and consolidate client holdings


    • Open client accounts


    • Handle investment applications and paperwork


    • Set appointments and manage calendars


    • Prepare templates and completing forms on DocuSign


    • Draft sales proposals


    • Ensure trades are executed in a timely manner


    • Prepare client files for review and create client reports


    • Monitor and calculate account fees and send client invoices via Square payment application


    • Document all investment purchases and track the movement of funds across client accounts


    • Prepopulating financial plans

    As the ideal candidate you possess:


    • A minimum of 3 years advisors support experience in an either an IIROC or MFDA dealer or financial planning firm


    • A fundamental understanding of mutual fund and investment products


    • Familiarity with the following systems is a definite asset: NaviPlan, DocuSign


    • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established processes and compliance guidelines


    • High efficiency in MS Suite: Excel, Word, Office 365


    • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong affinity for detail


    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


    • A comfort in working in a remote capacity


    • Preference given to candidates who possess a CSC, IFIC, LLQP
