Main Responsibilities:


  • Welcome customers to the store.
  • Respond to customer needs and offer them complementary items.
  • Provide information on the various services offered at the framing counter to showcase the works, ensuring the proper handling of the pieces.
  • Contribute to the training of mentors.
  • Target highpotential clients and refer them to the management team.
  • Ship and receive customer works and frames.
  • Manage the administrative process related to the management department (ordering, invoicing and inventory tracking).
  • Manage order and customer service issues in collaboration with the store management team.
  • Perform work planning and execution with the store management team.
  • Follow up with different suppliers.
  • Participate in the entire process of receiving products in store including the administrative component and the implementation.
  • Participate in maintaining the store in good condition.
  • Perform all tasks related to custom framing, such as the design of prefabricated assemblies; the cutting work and the finishing of the frames.

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • 0 to 6 months of experience in management or equivalent training.
  • Interest in decoration and design.
  • Experience and skills in sales and customer service.
  • Be available day, evening and weekend.
  • Training given upon hiring.
