Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Turf Equipment Mechanic to join our maintenance team starting April 1, 2026. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of golf course equipment to ensure optimal operational performance. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical skills who are committed to safety and efficiency in a dynamic work environment.

Duties

  • Perform routine inspection, diagnose and repair of gas and diesel machinery and equipment
  • Maintain and repair mowers, utility vehicles, small engines and related turf equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
  • Maintain detailed and accurate service records and parts inventory
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety standards and equipment is operating safely and efficiently
  • Assist with shop organization and cleanliness

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Equipment Mechanic or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Experience with turf equipment is an asset but not required
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to read technical manuals, and schematics, effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with Turf team
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to work some weekends as required during the season

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,547.48-$70,464.42 per year
