As a commercial lines customer service representative, you will perform the essential tasks of making changes on existing accounts, processing, and marketing of renewals, and required billing functions for the client.


Requirements:


What you'll be doing:


  • Collecting required renewal information from clients 90 days before renewal
  • Negotiate renewal terms, and marketing terms from insurers
  • Reviewing current coverages and recommending changes in coverages / limits where needed
  • Verifying new business and renewals accuracy
  • Keep up to date the broker management system (TAM) with all pertinent files

What we require:


  • University or College Degree/Diploma
  • Must be RIBO licensed
  • At least 1 year experience in the commercial space
  • Competent in Excel
  • Experience with TAM a definite asset
