The Rosedale Group manages a diverse portfolio of companies and assets across Alberta.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team in downtown Edmonton.

This is an intermediate position for an individual with multi-family property management experience. Reporting to the president, this position will be responsible for a variety of property management functions.


Responsibilities

  • Support current property managers
  • Conduct movein and moveout inspections
  • Ensure apartments are ready to move in
  • Full cycle lease signing process
  • Ensure tenant information is up to date (tenant insurance, banking information, etc.)
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs
  • Assist with property related accounting tasks when required

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive residential property management experience
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft including Word and Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is critical
  • Motivated to learn and be challenged
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
