As a dedicated corporate training and events specialist, you're passionate about using your stellar organizational and relationship-building skills to support the successful delivery of events.
You are a positive, solutions-oriented professional who is able to ensure all company training and events run without a hitch.
Working with the Senior Vice President, XXX and Vice President of Sales, your prioritization and communication skills are top-notch, and you're talented at multi-tasking under pressure, without feeling overwhelmed.
As first point of contact for the Senior Vice Present XXX and Vice President of Sales, you are highly collaborative, working effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders inside and outside of the organization with polish, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the overall success of all nationally planned advisor training, development, reward and recognition programs ensuring a professional, consistent and atypical experience
- Plan, organize and carry out all activities related to advisorfacing training and events, which range from virtual seminars to full day off site events, trips and rewards
- Coordinate all company training and events including webinars, meetings, conferences, speaking arrangements, seminars and trade shows
- Research and book all aspects of events, including but not limited to, travel, accommodations, facilities, catering, signage, displays, audiovisual equipment, gifts, special needs requirements, printing, and event security
- Attend all company events (virtual and inperson where local), monitoring scheduled activities to ensure that they proceed as expected and deal with any issues as they arise
- Conduct postevent evaluations, debriefs and report on outcomes to improve future events
- Prepare reports, agendas and presentations and maintain internal website calendar for all upcoming events and elearning
- Partner with the finance team to ensure postevent reconciliation including verification of final carrier and thirdparty billings, and coordination of marketing budget and invoice processing
- Ownership of adhoc requests for gift selection and management, ensuring that they are delivered on time and to the right address with an appropriate note
- Assist with various miscellaneous assigned projects from time to time
- Other duties relevant to the position will be assigned as required
Qualifications:
- Postsecondary education
- 12 years of previous experience in corporate events
- Masterful at managing multiple priorities and changing priorities
- Strong communication skills; the ability to think ahead and proact vs only react
- Outcomefocused, not only delivering on a task
- Committed to building strong relationships internally and with key external stakeholders
- Very strong organizational skills
- Polished, professional and positive
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring a high level of accuracy
- Excellent followup skills

$50,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
