Position Summary:

The Market Data Analyst provides key business intelligence to both internal sales team and external customers. You will build a strong rapport across the customers organization with a focus on sales operations.

You will establish relationships of trust and confidence and ensure that by leveraging data, our team and software will deliver the goals the customers seek.

You have the internal energy and skills to breakdown complex data and deliver solutions and recommend actions for the key stakeholders at our Enterprise Class clients.

You have the ability to create various reports to assist customers with interpreting the data available from our software. You have substantial experience in processing and graphing data.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Prepares reports for National Accounts re: fleet utilization and maintenance costs for presentation to the customer by our National Account Analysts and the Account Manager
  • Analyzes the maintenance and repair of customer equipment and identifies trends and problematic "hot spots" as required
  • Audits service history, work order detail and invoices to ensure that each accounts' specific procedures and policies are being adhered to i.e. Purchase order process / Accurate invoicing and provides necessary reports to appropriate departments and personnel
  • Prepares reports on contract revenues, expenses, profit/loss
  • Monitors and reports equipment delivery schedules for National Accounts; ; monthly
  • Works closely with customer support group and sales team to facilitate achievement of Corporate, Departmental, and Customer goals
  • Participates in regular scheduled Internal and Customer communication meetings
  • Recommends and develops value added reports and alternatives for customers
  • Participates in RFQ's/RFP's development
  • Coordinates Fleet Surveys
  • Works with Customer Support Service Representative and prepares reports to forecast future fleet changes/movements/replacement strategies.
  • Prepares customer maintenance agreements (CFPM and SM) and facilitates between appropriate departments and personnel
  • Follows up on customer requests regarding equipment transfers i.e. CFPM/Lease and customer database changes) and facilitates between appropriate departments to maintain an accurate database
  • Maintains a repository of Customer Contractor Agreements and Parts Consignment Agreements
  • Contributes to Contract renewal process with Customer Support Service Representative, Business Account Manager and internal departments
  • Tracks expiring contracts (CFPM/Premier/Prepaid) and ensures customer follow up takes place
  • Develops and maintains GNJ National Account ROE (Rules of Engagement form) and Process and Procedural manual

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Have 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst with large scale data and transform project is a must.
  • Good handson experience with MS Excel skills
  • Handson with Data Visualization Tools such as (Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office experienced especially Word, Excel graphs and pivot tables and PowerPoint
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong Time Management and organizational skills (Working from home)
  • Willingness to contact Customers when applicable
  • Comfortable talking to and meeting with customers
