~ Oversee a portfolio of ICI projects This Top Tier GC with a proven history of delivering complex construction projects across various sectors including: Commercial, Industrial & Institutional, are seeking their Project Manager with a background in overseeing ICI Construction projects from inception to completion. You would oversee a portfolio of ICI projects, whilst leading, mentoring & developing teams.


The role involves:
~ Leading and overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, for a portfolio of high-profile ICI construction projects
~ Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success and client satisfaction
~ Providing expertise and guidance on construction methodologies, material selection, and value engineering solutions
~ Developing and implementing project strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize risks, and achieve project goals within budget and schedule constraints
~ Leading and growing teams


Experience needed:
~ Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
~10+ years Project Management experience
~ Proven expertise overseeing Institutional/Commercial/Industrial or Retail projects
~ Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
