The Opportunity
We are looking for an
Auto Glass and Tire Technician
who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being part of a positive, professional team. This hybrid role combines
automotive glass repair and replacement
,
seasonal tire services
, and
general shop support
, providing steady, year-round work and skill development.
What You'll Do
- Perform seasonal tire changeovers, mounting, balancing, and tire repairs
- Inspect tires, wheels, and TPMS systems for safety and wear
- Complete windshield chip repairs and full windshield replacements
- Calibrate ADAS systems when required (training provided if needed)
- Assist with general shop maintenance including:
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Shop housekeeping and equipment care
- Supporting workflow efficiency between bays
- Assisting with inventory organization and tire storage handling
- Follow safety procedures and shop standards at all times
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
- Deliver workmanship that reflects True Auto Care's high standards
What We're Looking For
- Experience in tire service, automotive glass, or general automotive work
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Valid G driver's licence
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
- Willingness to learn and grow with training provided
