Responsibilities:

Independently manage the various administrative needs for a number of Articling/Summer Students
Prioritize, prepare and complete all necessary documentation
Communicate professionally with all internal and external clients
Handle administrative details with respect to correspondence, accounting, expenses etc.
Able and willing to work in a variety of different practice areas
Produce the highest quality of work
Accountable for all work assigned
Take initiative
Confidential

Requirements:

Successful completion of a postsecondary program in a Legal Assistant and/or Law Clerk program
Handle time pressure situations and stress of multiple demands
