JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support stores in their recruitment for the positions of "customer service attendant, assistant manager, store manager and coordinator":
o By carrying out media placement of the positions to be filled;
o By sorting resumes;
o By planning and being present at job fairs;
o By creating links with various employment assistance organizations and educational institutions;
o By organizing special recruitment activities.

• Collaborate in the improvement and development of recruitment tools;
• Provide the necessary support to stores that need it and visit stores where needs are persistent;
• Carry out exit interviews and compile and analyze them;
• Supervise and support managers in their staffing process;
• Develop and implement workforce attraction and retention practices;
• Support the new website;
• Do any other project related to recruitment and work on special Human Resources projects.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• DEC in administration, human resources option or Baccalaureate in Human Resources / Industrial Relations;
• Minimum of one (1) year of recruitment experience;
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office environment;
• Bilingual (French and English).

• Attention to detail and ability to carry out several tasks simultaneously and establish priorities;
• Strong sense of organization, ability to manage priorities and work on several mandates simultaneously;
• Demonstrate an ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment while remaining positive and focused;
• Excellent oral and written communication.
