Job Summary

The City of Delta is seeking a Disability Management Advisor to join their team for approximately 15 months. The successful candidate will manage both occupational and non-occupational claims and support employees through the return-to-work process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the City's disability management program.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to handle occupational and non-occupational claims.
  • Provide expert guidance to employees, managers, and HR on disability-related matters.
