YOUR OPPORTUNITY-
Responsibilities:
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Responsible for supporting and troubleshooting LAN, wireless
  • Provide hardware set up and support for desktops, laptops, Apple iPhone iPad, as well as other related technical office equipment such as conference and meeting room equipment, printers, Cisco switches, etc.
  • Provide ad hoc technical support to sites and offices across Bacardi Canada
  • Supporting business related websites and technology, as well as asset and equipment management.
  • Responsible for budget and cost centre management, also working with procurement on equipment contracts and requests for proposals.
  • Additional duties as required including setup/troubleshoot Honeywell barcode scanners, Zebra printers, Meraki cameras
Skills and Experience

  • THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Ideally 35 years in a similar role supporting multiple users in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills including customer focus, listening, and training on technical equipment.
  • Attention to detail and quick response time.
  • Post-Secondary degree in Technology preferred.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities simultaneously in a fastpaced, continuously changing and often ambiguous environment.
  • Vehicle preferred for local offsite support
  • Local and national travel may be required as needed. Must be adaptable to provide support in various time zones
