As a cook at Green Acres Foundation you would be responsible for the following:

Assisting with the preparation of appetizing, tasty, and nutritious meals from scratch that are appropriate for seniors.
Maintaining a clean and wellorganized kitchen.
Ordering food and kitchen inventory.
Assisting with serving and cleanup in the dining room as required.

_ Requirements:
_

Minimum 3 years' experience.
Provincial certification in food safety and hygiene.
Standard First Aid certification.
Current satisfactory Criminal Record Check
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
A flexible, willing, and positive attitude.

Journeyman Cook certification is considered an asset.
