Specific Accountabilities:
Effective use of the ticketing system to record, track, and follow-up on open incidents and ensure resolution is within the SLA's
Support for production computer and device peripherals (label printers, integrated scales, wireless handheld scanners, plant floor computers, tablets, mobile phones)
Off-hours support
Supporting accurate and timely IT problem resolution
Perform timely hardware and software upgrades and /or deployment as required
Support mobile devices (tablets, phones)
ERP system account setup and access administration projects and duties as assigned
Coverage for planned and unplanned absences which could compromise our policies, procedures and programs
Acts within Company philosophy
Seek continuous improvement in company policies and procedures
Ideal Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems (10, 11), Office 365, Sharepoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ability to diagnose problems, perform repairs on IT assets
Flexible, independent and motivated
Team player with ability to work under pressure
Strong customer service mindset
