Requirements:
years' of experience as a Service Advisor and/or a Warranty clerk in a dealership is perferred
- Proficient with computers
- Ability to work individually and as a team
- Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
- Organize, process and review warranty claims
- Ensure that all warranty paperwork is properly documented and criteria needed by the manufacturer are processed correctly
- Work alongside the company's accounting department to ensure warranty payments have been obtained
Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
Warranty Clerk: 1 year (required)
