Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Greet and assist patients/clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain accurate and organized files, both physical and electronic
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain databases
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Skills:
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Experience as a dental receptionist or working in a dental office is a plus

Salary:
$28.57-$32.67 per hour
