Job summary
The Assistant, Room Booking & Campus Services is responsible for administering the room booking system for internal and external bookings.The incumbent liaises with internal and external stakeholders to ensure bookings/events are supported by the appropriate departments and meet operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Enter all requests for bookings using the enterprise system for classrooms, open spaces, event spaces and outdoor space (e.g., Butterfield Park)
- Work closely with all University stakeholders
