Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Manage training and documentation for our Visual Effects and Business Intelligence tools, ensuring that all team members are fully trained on their use and understand how to utilize them effectively
Gather information from internal and external stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and translate these into product requirements
Work closely with the development team to ensure that product requirements are understood and met
Assist in managing JIRA and the team with scrum activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
Coordinate with the Business Intelligence team to understand the needs and requirements of the bid and resource planning processes and ensure they are integrated into the product
Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, and make adjustments as needed to ensure that it meets business objectives and user needs.
Work closely with Head of Software development to shape global road map for Business Intelligence initiatives and ensure that it aligns with overall business strategy and goals.
Communicate with stakeholders

- across the organization to understand the current needs and future vision for the Business Intelligence initiatives

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Deep understanding of the Visual Effects Business Intelligence Pipeline and software with strong skills using Shotgrid
Experience in Visual Effects Bidding, Resource planning, Estimation and Production
Experience interfacing with Accounting and Financial stakeholders
Strong experience with Agile development methodologies, specifically Scrum
Strong knowledge of JIRA and its use in managing development teams
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Experience in a similar role as a Product Manager or Subject Matter Expert is a plus
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred.
