To that end, we are looking for an Analyst, ESG Reporting.

Reporting to the Lead, ESG and Operations, Thomas McKeown, this important new global role and hire will play a critical part in delivering our ESG program.

We are looking for a well-rounded sustainability expert who is equally passionate about people, products and performance, and who is excited at the prospect of participating in an industry leading practice that challenges the status quo to deliver superior returns for Oxford.

As a member of the team, you will p lay a key role in the delivery of our Global ESG program, with a key focus on Carbon and ESG Reporting:
Play an active role in Oxford's annual GRESB submission (and other portfolio level reporting), with a focus on managing the energy and carbon, water, and waste data for 500+ assets globally

Play a lead role in our ESG data collection process, with a focus on maintaining high quality investment grade data for reporting.

This includes managing the processes to monitor data completeness, data quality and asset performance changes over time
Actively participate in the third-party ESG data assurance process
Play a key role in data preparation for the Oxford annual sustainability report
Participate in the annual carbon foot printing exercise, which will layer financial data alongside the asset-level carbon emissions data (WACI)
Support global voluntary and mandatory carbon reporting and analysis, such as CRREM
Contribute to the Net Zero Carbon Target setting project, with a key focus to measure progress over time and maintain comparison markers to the baseline year
Ability to synthetize data analysis into key messages for relevant audiences
Develop visuals meeting the needs of different audiences (e.g. asset managers, executive leaders etc.)


To succeed in this role, you have:3 to 5 years' experience in ESG/Sustainability consulting specific to real estate
A degree in environmental studies, engineering, or real estate management is desirable
Experience with leading global sustainability benchmarks, standards, and frameworks such as GRESB
Experience working with different energy types commonly used in buildings, preparation and consolidation of whole building performance data for annual reporting
Experience with various energy data collection systems and/or ESG software is desirable
Experience analyzing and manipulating large data sets and sintering key actionable insights from the data
Strong knowledge of sustainable building certification programs, such as LEED, BOMA Best, WELL, Fitwell, NABERS, etc. is desirable
Strong interpersonal and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the globe and their expectations
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure to meet deadlines
A strong interest and understanding of ESG initiatives to drive performance improvement in the built environment
Experience balancing global standards with local nuances, building the support and advocacy of distributed colleagues and delivering outcomes by engaging and influencing
Experience using Azure data services, Power BI and/or asset management tools an asset, but not required
Global or multi-national corporate experience is strongly preferred
