Position Overview:

As a Residential Property Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our business, engaging directly with homeowners to identify and facilitate the purchase of residential properties.

This is a door-to-door sales role that requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with potential sellers.

We will provide you with the script so no specific knowledge is required.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits to residential neighborhoods to identify properties with potential for acquisition.
• Engage with homeowners in a professional and friendly manner, explaining the benefits of selling their property to Emerald Properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners to understand their needs and motivations for selling.
• Provide information on the property acquisition process, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and property details.
• Communicate with the property acquisition team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in door-to-door sales in any industry is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.
