    Overview

    Our client is seeking a Loyalty Campaign Specialist to support the execution of targeted loyalty offers delivered through a leading Canadian retail mobile app ecosystem. This role focuses on coordinating with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality offer execution aligned with both customer and vendor objectives.

    You will play a critical role as the final checkpoint in campaign delivery—ensuring precision, data integrity, and an excellent customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own end-to-end setup and execution of targeted loyalty offers, including intake, recommendations, submission, setup, QA, live validation, and post-campaign analysis
    • Partner with external vendors and internal teams to manage offer requirements and timelines
    • Maintain execution calendars, submission trackers, and organize all offer assets (audience lists, images, translations, etc.)
    • Perform detailed integrity checks to ensure offer clarity, SKU accuracy, product availability, and completeness
    • Leverage customer, vendor, and retail data to recommend optimal offer parameters (reward type, duration, spend thresholds, targeting criteria)
    • Analyze offer performance using Excel, dashboards, BI tools, and basic SQL (where applicable)
    • Support issue investigation (e.g., offer collisions, keying errors) and administrative processes such as financial reconciliation and budget tracking
    • Act as the "last line of defense" to uphold execution quality, internal SLAs, and customer experience standards
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across loyalty operations, analytics, procurement, retail divisions, and external partners

    Must-Have Qualifications

    • 2–3+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or loyalty programs
    • Strong analytical skills, including Excel proficiency and comfort working with data
    • Experience working with targeted or segmented campaigns
    • Experience using BI or dashboarding tools
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organization
    • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
    • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

    Nice-to-Haves

    • Loyalty program experience
    • Exposure to grocery, CPG, or health & beauty industries
    • Basic SQL knowledge

    Additional Information

    • Hybrid role with 2 days onsite per week in a downtown Toronto office
    • Contract rate: $40–45/hour, dependent on experience
