Bruce Auto Group has an opening for an IT Technician to join our team If you are a recent grad and looking to start your career, we have the perfect opportunity for you

About the job:

You will be responsible for timely and effective resolution to end-users for any IT related issues. You will prioritize (by severity) help desk tickets and log resolutions. You will repair equipment and assist with troubleshooting software, hardware and networking issues. You will administer the VOIP system and set up new users. You will assist in the installation and rewiring of network cables, switches, etc.

What we are looking for:

You are a recent graduate of the Information Technology Program. You have passion for technology and love to share your ideas of the latest trends. You are great at troubleshooting and diagnosing problems. You are a team player and can work well under pressure and independently when needed. You have excellent communication skills have the ability to speak to your audience (technical vs. user friendly language) You are organized, detail-oriented and can multitask. You are able to travel to all of our locations within Nova Scotia.
