It has been a long 15 months since we have hosted fans at Rogers Arena, and we are excited to create memorable moments for our fans and guests once again.
We are now inviting enthusiastic, passionate individuals to join our event staff team and be part of the excitement during Canucks games, Warriors games, and concerts at Rogers Arena.

A typical shift includes:
- Performing sales and service functions at Ticket Centre and ticket windows to external and internal clients, offering an exceptional and individualized customer experience
- Receiving and distributing tickets under 'will call', premium tickets, and special programs (e.g., Family Packs, Holiday Packs, etc.)
- Solving ticketing issues that arise from external customers or from internal bookings (e.g., NHL, promoters, staff, AG, etc.) in a timely manner
- Documenting customer ticket issues, concerns or feedback for review and/or followup by management or MXS team
- Maintaining and conducting final balance of cash float
- Performing and communicating service policies and procedures to Season Ticket Members
- Promoting, renewing, and selling ticket products and services, whenever possible
- Other duties as required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years' customer service, sales and/or promotions experience
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends/holidays, as required
- A commitment to service excellence and proven team player
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner
- Effective timemanagement skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic, fastpaced environment
- Superior attention to detail and strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit expiring no earlier than December 202
- Experience with Ticketmaster systems is an asset
