Rebound Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine is hiring Our multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic has an opportunity for an energetic and professional administrative assistant to join our team.

This has come about as one of our amazing administators is sadly moving away. It is a full time permanent position for approximately 35 hours per week.

We are open Monday to Friday only, but in order to properly serve our community we offer early morning and evening appointments.

Administrative duties will consist of:

screening and directing clients as they arrive, booking and billing client appointments, managing and ordering clinic supplies, laundry, cleaning/disinfecting, managing network issues and growing into marketing initiatives.

It is essential that our admin team portrays a warm and empathetic vibe, and be flexible with respect to job duties and work flow.

This position is being reserved for those who have completed a diploma in or close to finishing a Medical Administration accredited program.

Proficiency using PC online charting programs and billing is needed; being able to multi-task and take direction in a busy environment are essential.

Our team consists of physiotherapists, massage therapists, and a sports medicine physician.

$18.00-$22.00 per hour

• DCS / DEC (preferred)

Experience:

Medical Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
