Responsibilities:

  • Greet and checkin patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using electronic medical records system
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Verify patient insurance information
  • Maintain patient records and update information as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations

Experience:


  • Previous experience working in a medical office setting is preferred
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of general office procedures, including phone systems
