- have a doctoral degree in education or a related field, with a research onEDI and/or Decolonization in Education:
- have lived experience in EDI
- complement and extend the research capacity of the Mitch and Leslie Frazer Faculty of Education - see Faculty Research Profiles
- have significant experience integrating technology into face-to-face and online teaching environments
- demonstrate strong potential for outstanding teaching contributions in online and in-person undergraduate and graduate courses
- be able to teach undergraduate and graduate courses
- be expected to supervise graduate students and be suitable for prompt appointment to the School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies
The Mitch and Leslie Frazer Faculty of Education at Ontario Tech University offers the following programs:
- Bachelor of Education (face-to-face & online),
- BA in Educational Studies
- College to University Pathway (online),
- BA in Educational Studies
- Masters of Education/Arts (online), and
