We are currently seeking a personable and professional individual to join our team as a Real Estate Host/Hostess.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential buyers and visitors, creating a welcoming and informative atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Greet potential buyers and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression.
Collect and maintain visitor information, including contact details, preferences, and feedback.
Respond to inquiries from potential buyers, providing accurate information about the development, its amenities, pricing, and any other relevant details.

Required Work Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and positive experience for potential buyers and visitors.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey property information, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in property information, client preferences, and administrative tasks.
Knowledge of the real estate market, including property types, pricing, and current market trends would be a plus.
Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with real estate agents, clients, and other team members.
Ability to work weekends, and attend open houses or events as required.
A genuine interest in the real estate industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
