Duties And Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager, Network Infrastructure, the Senior Network Analyst will work collaboratively with a team of analysts that provide coordination, planning and support for all operational services and technical implementations of the networking and connectivity infrastructure systems deployed at data center.
The successful candidate will be tasked with:Install test configure monitor and support network hardware equipment including network backbone router Wi-Fi WLCs DNS DHCP IPAM services VPN firewalls Leading definition service metrics providing accurate capacity planning analysis performance data Utilization specialist software tools operate monitor related services Enhancing client service evaluation piloting implementation new service components Defining leading projects CCS Project Management Framework Issue problem management root cause analysis Leading infrastructure maintenance outside regular business hours Analysis resolution issues failure performance collaboration immediate team members other teams vendor customer support Mentoring members Network Infrastructure team Liaise enterprise vendors professional resources plan oversee changes enterprise systems requiring external resources maintaining those relationships related contracts Responsible problem analysis proactive monitoring analysis resolution issues failure performance collaboration immediate team members other teams vendor customer support Requirements Bachelor degree Computer Science Information Technology several years related work experience network administration higher education equivalent combination education experience Related core certifications preferred CCNA CCNP CCIE CISSP MCSA MCITP considered strong assets Extensive experience enterprise network hardware Cisco switches routers access points wireless controllers designing architecture leading implementations upgrades systems Experience variety administration tools Cisco Prime DNAC ISE Infoblox Gigamon Nagios Cisco Umbrella FirePower Azure DevOps Extensive Windows Server RedHat Enterprise Linux Basic shell scripting skills network administration monitoring bash perl python ansible Strong knowledge ITIL v3/4 based service management frameworks ongoing development management network incident response procedures level/metrics reporting Strong interpersonal communication skills oral written ability work effectively business clients technical team members Working knowledge experience wireless site survey design deployment planning radio frequency understanding Ekahau Pro FreeRadius
