CONTRACT OFFICERS:
The Corporate Services Branch is looking for two (2) Contract Officers for indeterminate positions. The positions are classified as an RÉ-04 ($59,364 to $75,591 per annum). Salary under review.

Reporting to the Senior Procurement Advisor, you will provide a diverse range of procurement and financial support services to clients using Microsoft Dynamics AX and other automated systems.
You will issue competitive and non-competitive low dollar purchase orders, corporate credit card purchases, including call-ups, in accordance with Standing Offer Agreements, National Capital Commission (NCC) By-laws, current trade agreements and corporate procurement policies and procedures.
The procurement services are delivered in a fast-paced environment and requires composure as well as objectivity on your part. The work involves simultaneous and competing priorities, tight deadlines, and sporadic peaks in the volume of work.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
A High School diploma.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the procurement field.
KNOWLEDGE
- Of the Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Dynamics AX or equivalent and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or equivalent.
ABILITIES
- To manage simultaneous and competing priorities as well as sporadic peaks in the volume of work and meet tight deadlines;

ASSETS
- Degree from a recognized postsecondary institution in a related field.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Possess or eligible to obtain Secret security clearance;
- Linguistic profile: Bilingual BBB;
- The National Capital Commission offers a hybrid and flexible work environment, all employees are currently asked to work onsite at least two (2) days per week.
