Stock Assistant Store Manager

As the Stock Assistant Store Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to the store team while successfully executing the company's vision and values under the direction of the Store Manager.

You will lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the stockroom, including the processing of shipment within 24 hours, maintaining an organized stockroom and the flow of merchandise to the floor.

As a member of the leadership team, you will assist in creating an inclusive environment, always putting our internal and external customers first.

How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do

C ontribute to maximizing store sale s by managing a well-organized stockroom and a efficient ly operated flow of merchandise to the sales floor.

Responsible for ensuring that the store's inventory integrity is maintained through proper shipping and receiving procedures and by communicating concerns to the Store Manager.

M otivate stock associates by provid ing direct coaching, feedback, training, and supervision in stockroom operations.

I nspire a consumer centric mindset by modeling selling behaviors through genuine interactions with customers for the teams to emulate.

D emonstrat e clear communication, training, and coaching.

S et expectations o f stockroom directives, store policies and procedures.

E nsur e the store team has the knowledge and skills to meet stockroom goals and operations.

M eet and exceed sales results and business goals.

F oster a n inclusive store environment and create great internal consumer experience s in all situations, leading by example.

Skills for Success

What you bring:

3+ years of r elated p rofessional / r etail m anagement e xperience

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays

Ability to meet store goals by driving results through store teams

Ability to strategically maintain organization in a fast-moving area of the store

Proven ability to coach and motivate a team to excel,

proven communication skills,

Ability to be solution oriented, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
