International Tax & Transfer Pricing Analyst**
Location:FULLY REMOTE (Canda or US)**

Key Responsibilities:


  • Operational Excellence (40%): Implement and refine operational international tax and transfer pricing procedures, leveraging automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Research and Development (35%): Undertake research projects and craft tax position papers to support informed decisionmaking.
  • Compliance and Documentation (25%): Ensure global and local compliance standards are met through meticulous documentation for all entities.

Initial Responsibilities:


  • Develop intricate financial models for transactionspecific analysis.
  • Collaborate with local teams to execute intercompany transactions and tax planning strategies.
  • Drive process improvements through automation initiatives.
  • Conduct financial statement analysis to support transfer pricing and international tax objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate factgathering sessions with local teams and conduct supporting research.
  • Prepare tax working papers for international transactions and research projects.
  • Provide support to local teams during audits and communicate effectively with tax authorities.
  • Stay abreast of global transfer pricing, international tax, and internal business developments.
  • Develop engaging presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • 13 years of experience in international tax and/or transfer pricing.
  • CPA designation is asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Tax, Commerce, Business, or Statistics; graduate degree preferred.
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems, data manipulation, and modeling tools such as Excel and Alteryx.
  • Familiarity with financial and management accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; knowledge of ERP systems, Bloomberg, and Excel VBA is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong research capabilities and a selfmotivated approach.
