We are seeking a Bi-Lingual and proficient in both French (Canada) and English, motivated, analytical, selfstarter to contribute to our continued legacy of financial strength.

Specific responsibilities for this position include:

  • Call both French Canadian and English speaking customers daily to obtain payments and resolve Order to Cash issues.
  • Working with French Canadian and English sales teams and understanding our customers are repeat customers and must be treated with respect so as not to damage relationships.
  • Responsible for the daily follow up and collection activity for customer accounts: Mainly Maintenance and Open Order lines of business
  • Prepare customer concessions and Legal/Collection packages and followup that documents are processed.
  • Customer Account reconciliations both internal and external customers
  • Document all collection activities within JDE Account Activity Log (notes).
  • Hold collection meetings with appropriate field reps monthly to resolve past due AR
  • Problem solve to identify the best method to collect outstanding balances from the correct point of contact
  • Follow all company policy and procedures.
  • Education / Certifications:
  • High school diploma/certificate required. AA/AS degree preferred, or Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma, Skilled Trades Apprenticeship, or other post high school training (two years duration)
  • Experience/Qualifications:
  • Bi-Lingual and proficient in both French (Canada) and English
  • Must have excellent communication style in both written and verbal
  • Experience collecting for high volume B2B AR portfolios (over 2,000 invoices on the monthly Trial Balance)
  • Driven to perform well in fastpaced environment
