We are seeking a Bi-Lingual and proficient in both French (Canada) and English, motivated, analytical, selfstarter to contribute to our continued legacy of financial strength.

Specific responsibilities for this position include:

Call both French Canadian and English speaking customers daily to obtain payments and resolve Order to Cash issues.
Working with French Canadian and English sales teams and understanding our customers are repeat customers and must be treated with respect so as not to damage relationships.
Responsible for the daily follow up and collection activity for customer accounts: Mainly Maintenance and Open Order lines of business
Prepare customer concessions and Legal/Collection packages and followup that documents are processed.
Customer Account reconciliations both internal and external customers
Document all collection activities within JDE Account Activity Log (notes).
Hold collection meetings with appropriate field reps monthly to resolve past due AR
Problem solve to identify the best method to collect outstanding balances from the correct point of contact
Follow all company policy and procedures.
Education / Certifications:
High school diploma/certificate required. AA/AS degree preferred, or Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma, Skilled Trades Apprenticeship, or other post high school training (two years duration)
Experience/Qualifications:
Bi-Lingual and proficient in both French (Canada) and English
Must have excellent communication style in both written and verbal
Experience collecting for high volume B2B AR portfolios (over 2,000 invoices on the monthly Trial Balance)
Driven to perform well in fastpaced environment
