We are seeking a
Bilingual Area Sales Manager to join our Libratel Sales team in the EAST COAST managing operations in Montreal, Halifax and Newfoundland

Position Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, negotiate, and win new business within identified B2B channels
Actively manage and grow accounts in a unique outside sales territory as an Area manager. This will include a large, preexisting customer base.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual sales and operational targets by maintaining a high level of sales and marketing activity in the territory.
Use your outside sales experience to prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships.
Understand each customer's sales needs to provide real, effective solutions.
Deliver exceptional customer service
Generate daily activity with an existent customer base to generate product awareness and sales growth.
Ability to communicate ideas and recommendations to customers, colleagues and upper management.
Prepare, estimate, coordinate and deliver timely and accurate presentations and proposals
Ensure that the right product is supplied
Develop and maintain a customer and prospect list
Identify new retail opportunities for expansion within their territory
Organize regular meetings with business, store staff and managers
Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to successfully implement sales initiatives across the dealer channel.

Qualifications:

3+ years in retail management, telecommunication industry experience is a must
Preferred experience in multilocation retail environments
Bilingual (English and French ) is a must
Highly motivated objectivedriven, innovative and an exceptional team player
Excellent communication skills, relationship building, and strong leadership skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
University degree or College Diploma is an asset
Able to work in fast paced, changing environment
Must be able to multitask and work with multiple deadlines
