We are seeking a
Bilingual Area Sales Manager to join our Libratel Sales team in the EAST COAST managing operations in Montreal, Halifax and Newfoundland


Position Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, negotiate, and win new business within identified B2B channels
  • Actively manage and grow accounts in a unique outside sales territory as an Area manager. This will include a large, preexisting customer base.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual sales and operational targets by maintaining a high level of sales and marketing activity in the territory.
  • Use your outside sales experience to prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships.
  • Understand each customer's sales needs to provide real, effective solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Generate daily activity with an existent customer base to generate product awareness and sales growth.
  • Ability to communicate ideas and recommendations to customers, colleagues and upper management.
  • Prepare, estimate, coordinate and deliver timely and accurate presentations and proposals
  • Ensure that the right product is supplied
  • Develop and maintain a customer and prospect list
  • Identify new retail opportunities for expansion within their territory
  • Organize regular meetings with business, store staff and managers
  • Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to successfully implement sales initiatives across the dealer channel.

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years in retail management, telecommunication industry experience is a must
  • Preferred experience in multilocation retail environments
  • Bilingual (English and French ) is a must
  • Highly motivated objectivedriven, innovative and an exceptional team player
  • Excellent communication skills, relationship building, and strong leadership skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • University degree or College Diploma is an asset
  • Able to work in fast paced, changing environment
  • Must be able to multitask and work with multiple deadlines
