Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for anIT Lead, Product Analyst , located in Toronto, Canada.
Position Overview
This role will serve as IT Lead, Product Analyst who will be a technology partner of Janssen Canada's Data and Analytics Center and patient support program.
The role will be a strategic IT partner for both Commercial and patient support data and analytics teams acting as a liaison between them and key North American IT platform teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with key business partners to continue to develop and deliver analytics solutions that deliver against the needs of the organization; Lead projects in the data/analytics space to ensure business partner needs are realized.
- Assist management in defining priorities for technology enablement and investment; and assist in the coordination of project resource planning with IT management and technology platform teams.
- Be responsible for coordinating the delivery of all project components to ensure overall goals, schedule, budget, and benefits of the project are achieved. Ensure alignment to J&J processes and standards.
- Understand core internal IT products and marketplace technology offerings. Recommend standardized IT products/offerings to drive business value.
- Maintain and advance a positive team culture. Demonstrate authentic, open, and inclusive traits that enhances diverse experiences and perspectives.
Qualifications:
Required:
- University degree in Information Technology or related program (or equivalent degree).
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading projects in the data and analytics space.
- Solid project management skills and the ability to lead and work with a crossfunctional project team; Ability to handle multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines.
- Solid ability to partner with business partners to understand business drivers, business context and business data, and to guide/shape projects in the data and analytics space.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to explain and simplify concepts to business partners, as well as translate business concepts to technologists.
- Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities, comfortable handling large complex data sets and ability to perform analysis, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Indepth experience with reviewing and refining functional requirements with data and analytics technical team members to ensure business requirements are realized.
- Strong handson relational database experience with SQL data and data querying skills
Preferred:
- Experience working within AWS platform and understanding of AWS component
s: - High-level understanding of data science concepts
- Health care industry and/or experience in regulated industries
- Prior experience working with patient support programs
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity. Enjoys working with technology and staying on top of trends. Demonstrates deep technical curiosity, ability, and desire to learn new technologies.
