The Sylvia Hotel in English Bay needs an energetic, multi-tasking wizard to help manage our busy Lounge, Dining Room, Bar and Patio


You are a restaurant professional who will assist the F&B Director and other management in all areas of restaurant operations.

You are an experienced trainer and can inspire your team to provide a great guest and staff experience. You have some understanding of restaurant financial management and are able to perform administrative tasks to a high level.

  • Have a passion for mentoring and coaching;
  • Have 25 year's experience at a restaurant in a supervisory or management role;
  • Enjoy the challenge of managing a large, fastpaced restaurant and lounge
  • Pride yourself on building relationships with guests and team members;
  • Have a desire to gain experience that will help further your career;
  • Demonstrate a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
