Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with the clinic manager to develop and manage budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Address patient concerns and complaints, working to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Work with clinic management to develop and update clinic policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for expansion of services or improvement in existing services.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the provision of optimal patient care and adherence to programspecific initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between staff, physicians, and management to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare management or supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with a diverse team.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
